The Kempton victor completed a hat-trick in the process with a win in Surrey earlier this month under Bryony Frost, landing a second win at the track after landing an event over hurdles last March.

After easy chase bows at Fontwell and Southwell, respectively, the Ditcheat six-year-old maintained his solid start to life over fences here for last year’s Champion Trainer.

Warwick’s Wednesday card gets underway at 1:15pm, with the £22,500 features taking place at 3:30pm

He will oppose former Desert Orchid hero Bun Doran, who landed one of the feature contests at the Christmas Festival for Tom George in 2019.
