NAP: KING OF JUNGLE – 7:00 Kempton (10/3 – bet365)
An interesting gelding from Ed Walker’s yard, King Of Jungle could build on his latest success at Nottingham with another bold performance for his connections here.
The gelding has been bumped up 6lbs in the ratings following his win on turf last time out and he also carries C&D form, striking on his debut in a maiden event back in February.
The three-year-old clearly carries some potential and he is still fairly unexposed after only making four starts to date.
The booking of Tom Marquand is a boost to his chances here and it wouldn’t be a shock to see King Of Jungle pick up his third success in five starts here.
NEXT BET: SECRET MOMENT – 7:30 Kempton (10/3 – bet365)
Hailing from Saeed bin Suroor’s yard, Secret Moment could be worth siding with in the seven-furlong handicap.
The Godolphin recruit has been fairly consistent as of late, placing in four of his last five starts for his connections.
He is 6lbs above his last winning mark but it remains a workable rating, with the gelding running into second last time out when only 1lb lower.
The five-year-old takes on a tough rival in Biggles, but Secret Moment could put up a big performance here at a better price.
EACH-WAY: GOLDEN CHAIN – 6:00 Kempton (14/1 – bet365)
Making her racing debut for Ralph Beckett, Golden Chain could be interesting on her first start for her connections.
The Lope De Vega filly carries some smart pedigree on paper as she is related to several Group winners, including Australian Group 1 winner Opinion.
His price looks generous at this stage, with his 14/1 tag offering each-way value currently.
