The second Group contest of the day at Kempton comes in the form of the September Stakes, with only five runners declared in the Group 3 contest.
HUKUM (4/5) holds favouritism for the contest, after impressing under Owen Burrows this season.
The Sea The Stars colt has landed success on three of his five starts this season and is clear of all of his rivals in the ratings here.
The four-year-old is unbeaten on the all-weather surface and he should be claiming success once again here.
HAMISH (10/3) makes his first start in almost 15 months for William Haggas, with the gelding aiming to return to winning ways.
The four-year-old was last seen finishing fourth in the Hardwicke Stakes at Royal Ascot last season, but he has some interest form over the middle distances as a three-year-old.
If he can rediscover that form, he will surely be in the mix in this contest.
OUTBOX (8/1) struggled on his last start at the Goodwood Festival, but he could well bounce back at the first time of asking for Archie Watson.
The son of Frankel had been fairly consistent this season and he got the better of Logician over this distance in the Fred Archer Stakes at Newmarket.
However, he has been beaten by the favourite on two occasions this season and he has 4lbs to find in the ratings on his rival.
FOX TAL (10/1) has been fairly consistent over the middle distances this season for Andrew Balding, while Charlie Fellowes’ PRINCE OF ARRAN (12/1) is dropped back down in trip after failing to strike over two miles.
