The Class 6 Handicap Flat Race is the seventh race that takes place during the August Evening Racing meeting at Kempton Park racecourse every August.

Owing to Kempton Park’s outstanding National Hunt track, all-weather Polytrack and floodlighting facilities, meetings and racedays take place at this wonderful horse racing venue all year round, rendering it amongst the most prominent racecourses in the UK.

The Class 6 Handicap Flat Race is a Class 6 handicap flat race that serves as the final race of the Late August Evening Racing meeting at Kempton Park Racecourse every summer.

Only horses aged exactly three years old can participate in The Class 6 Handicap Flat Race, which runs just six furlongs of Kempton Park Racecourse and features a moderate-sized field of runners each year.

2018

At Kempton Park’s August Evening Racing meeting in 2018, 9/2 priced race favourite Chloellie finished first in The Class 6 Handicap Flat Race, ridden by jockey David Probert and trained by John Jenkins.

16/1 priced Flora Tristan finished just three-quarters of a length behind Chloellie in second place, followed by 10/1 priced Faithful Promise in third place and 8/1 priced Spot Lite in fourth.

2017
