The Class 5 Handicap Flat Race is the second race that is run at Kempton Park Racecourse for their Evening Racing meeting every year.

Kempton Park Racecourse in Surrey hosts a number of Evening Racing meetings throughout the summer months, which are comprised of a thrilling variety of different class and age group races.

The next edition of this particular Evening Racing meeting will take place at Kempton Park Racecourse on Wednesday the 30th of June 2021. About The Race

The Class 5 Handicap Flat Race is a class 5 handicap flat race that serves as the second race of Kempton Park’s Evening Racing meeting every year.

Exclusively open to horses aged just three years old, The Class 5 Handicap Flat Race runs just six furlongs of Kempton Park Racecourse and usually features a fairly small field of runners.

£5,400 was added to the race purse last summer, which was split between the first four race finishers in the following fashion:

1st place – 15/2 The Blue Bower (IRE) – £3,493

2nd place – 25/1 Silent Agenda (GB) – £1,040

3rd place – 18/1 Broken Rifle (GB) – £519

4th place – 5/4 Tommy Rock (IRE) – £260
