Horses aged between and inclusive of three and five years old can compete in The Median Auction Maiden Stakes (Div 1) Flat Race, which runs 1 mile, 2 furlongs and 219 yards of Kempton Park Racecourse.

The participants in this race fought for a proportional share of a £5,400 prize pool last June, which was split as follows:

The 2019 edition of The Racing Evening meeting was abandoned due to a major water burst at Kempton Park Racecourse.

2018

In 2018, The Median Auction Maiden Stakes (Div 1) Flat Race took place in September at Kempton Park racecourse. It was won by 7/1 priced Awalii, ridden by jockey James Doyle and trained by Simon & Ed Crisford.

3/1 priced Kynance finished a length and three-quarters behind Awalii in second place, followed by 33/1 priced outsider Sunday Prospect in third place and 11/8 priced race favourite Cuban Heel in fourth.

2017
