The Racing League reaches its conclusion on Thursday evening, with six more races on offer at Newcastle.
The card gets underway with a 1m4½f Handicap at 6:05 and ends with a 5f Handicap at 8:35.
Our team have scoured through the card, in hope of finding some value across the contests.
Here are three selections to consider for week six of the Racing League at Newcastle.
TREGONY – 6:35 NEWCASTLE (11/1 – bet365)
Representing Team Swish, Tregony could well be underestimated in the market for the 1m2f Handicap.
The three-year-old filly has made steady progress since June, jumping up 23lbs in the ratings following four successive victories.
She stalled at Nottingham last time out but she could bounce back here and the help of 5lb claimer Saffie Osbourne will benefit, with her price of 12/1 holding huge each-way appeal.
ISOLA ROSSA – 7:35 NEWCASTLE (20/1 – bet365)
Hoping to keep Team talkSPORT’s title hopes alive, Isola Rossa could well be one to watch in the 7f Handicap.
The three-year-old ran well over C&D in the first week of the Racing League, finishing a length and three quarters behind the winner in fourth.
She couldn’t bypass the traffic on her last start at Lingfield and could give a much better account here, with her price of 20/1 looking cracking value at this stage.
KOOL MOE DEE – 8:35 NEWCASTLE (13/2 – Various)
On his fifth Racing League appearance for Team ThoroughBid, Kool Moe Dee could storm to success in the 5f Handicap.
The three-year-old came close over six furlongs in week three and he ran in trouble on his last start at Lingfield, where he was held in seventh.
That run can be scratched and he should produce a better effort here, with his price of 13/2 holding some appeal.
