A well-handicapped gelding makes the cut for the each-way selection at Kempton
Mustang Kodi – 8:15 Kempton (9/1 – Various)
Under the guidance of Roger Teal, Mustang Kodi could well have more to offer in a 1m4f Handicap at Kempton.
The gelding is yet to break his maiden for his connections and he has slipped down 10lbs in the ratings since making his handicap debut back in March.
His best efforts have come on the all-weather, with the three-year-old finishing three lengths behind the winner in third over this distance at Wolverhampton back in April.
He was 9lbs higher than that occasion and he could well return to form at a decent mark here.
At the price of 9/1, Mustang Kodi could push for the places at least here.
