Green Or Black– 4.45 Kempton (9/1 – Various)

Green Or Black returns to action after a six-month hiatus, with Neil Mulholland’s hurdler looking to replicate his previous form in the Class 4 Mares’ Handicap Hurdle at Kempton.

The nine-year-old produced a strong effort at Stratford in October when 1lb lower in the ratings, finishing a length behind the winner in third.

Mulholland’s gelding was also running well on his last outing at Newbury in November, but he was an unfortunate faller at the final hurdle.

He is top-weight and will need to produce a big effort here, but he should be in the mix if back to his best.

At the price of 9/1, Green Or Black could well push into the top two places here at Kempton.
